Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups Cottage Cheese (full-fat)
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
  • Juice and grated zest of 1 lemon
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 pre-made or homemade pie crust

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Line a 9-inch pie pan with the pie crust.
  3. Press the Cottage Cheese through a sieve or ricer for smooth texture.
